Remedy Analytics case study

te7gbbmzRemedy Analytics helps self-insured employers reduce prescription benefit costs through analytics. The growing firm announced it was moving from a small office space in Wauwatosa to a larger space in the Walker’s Point/3rd Ward area. As part of the expansion, Remedy will more than double its current workforce of roughly 15 employees (highly technical, advanced, professional positions). The Milwaukee 7 Talent Partnership provided a customized menu of sources for the specific talent Remedy needs. With their help, the company is working with area universities to fill positions including programmers, engineers, pharmacists and others in the health care industry.

The State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development hosts a comprehensive online portal for posting and searching for positions throughout the state as well as additional resources for recruitment.

Wisconsin TechConnect is a statewide online employment information system for recruiting Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) students and graduates for all types of employment. WTCS has 49 campuses in 16 technical college districts awarding two-year associate degrees, one and two-year technical diplomas and short-term technical diplomas in more than 300 career areas.

The Wisconsin Private Colleges Career Consortium (WIPCCC) is an organization of the career services professionals at Wisconsin’s independent colleges and universities. Post jobs and internships – at no charge – on WIPCCC Jobs. Postings are sent to each of the participating college job boards, where they can be accessed by students and alumni.
